With one foot in the fantasy world.

Today is the day for Brevity

A2Z-2013-BADGE-001Small_zps669396f9Camp-NaNoWriMo-2013-Lantern-Square-Button-resizie

“It has often been said
there’s so much to be read,
you never can cram
all those words in your head.

So the writer who breeds
more words than he needs
is making a chore
for the reader who reads.

That’s why my belief is
the briefer the brief is,
the greater the sigh
of the reader’s relief is.

And that’s why your books
have such power and strength.
You publish with shorth!
(Shorth is better than length.)”
― Dr. Seuss

And so in keeping,
I’ll  be brief,
got my numbers in a blink,
but to keep in sync,
I’m off for safekeeping

Till next time,

Elizabeth

Yep, brief is the way to go, with so many people blogging these days, and wanting to read all the interesting things they have to say… brief is much kinder on the mind. Love Suess’ words…

    • Kinder on the receiving mind, possibly mind splitting for the one creating the brevity. 🙂
